Raw breakfast


To start the day with a Raw breakfast makes me strong and happy….

This morning I made myself a

"jummy yogurt"

Half Banana

Half avocado

I tbs Raw coconutoil and

10 raspberries

Throw it all in the mixer

then top with nuts and crunchy raw granola!

mmmmmm… Today I´m meeting up with two inspiring women, Mia and Tantjohanna and I think we even will enjoy a Raw lunch together!!
