Red leaves and hot chocolate

 

We are so lucky to have Malmö´s most beautiful park just behind the kids school, Pildams parken. A couple of days ago we had a stroll and a mini pick nick there, nothing makes me more relaxed and the kids loves it just as much!

No picnic without hot chocolate, here comes a super-food recipe that my kids loves…

4 cups of almond milk

I banana

3 tsp raw cacao

1 tsp maca

1 tsp lucuma

a hand full almonds

1tbs agave sirup

Throw it all in the mixer and heat up!

mmmmmm 

Now dinner and then packing the bags for a weekend in Rome!!!!!
