Dehydration, that is what i suffer from now after long flights and heavy partying for over 10 days. Now its enough.. my man i celebrated and it´s time to get back to healthy routines!


Finally my food dehydrater has arrived and this night it went on all night, now we have stocked up on dried mango, cale chips and banana chokolat candy dots! I bought the biggest size thinking once you use it you might just load it full with different veggies and sauces! IMG_1457_Snapseed

The cale i simply massaged with some tamari, olivoil and some sesame seeds.IMG_1463_Snapseed

Voila, super easy! Recipe on the Chocolate banana spots comes another day, stay tuned!

 Now I just have to work on my own dehydration….
